However, in FIRS 3, there used to be an economy called Extreme (see here: ), which is the biggest economy of them all, with 31 cargoes and 51 industries. Once complete, go back out to the Main Menu, and either go into NewGRF Settings, or Game Settings (for non-NewGRF content), add/remove/modify what's need, exit out to the Main Menu, and start your new game.
